Last week we finished our new cutting edge designs of the PS3 & Xbox 360 Glow In The Dark modded Controllers.  The idea sprung from the inspired glow in the dark stickers, paint, glowsticks an lights.  We asked ourselves, how can we make an innovation to the gaming world with glow in the dark controllers?  A process that has never been done before.  After weeks of testing paints, pigments and processes we came up with the perfect blend of a glow in the dark design.  There are hundreds of paints to choose from, picking the quality one was the difficult part.  Along with choosing the correct paint & manufacture, we had to ensure the durability and strength of the chemicals.  This is critical considering our modded controllers are used dozens of hours a day an handled thousands of hours every year.   We took the process even further an rigorously tested the “Glow Pigments” to ensure they would last a lifetime.  After hundreds of hours or testing an thoroughly comparing dozens of manufactures we found our blend.  Not only are these controllers hand manufactured by Gamerzicon, they are also 100% safe.  Take a peak below and see how the transformation works with our lineup of glow in the dark modded controllers.

Xbox & PS3 Glow In The Dark Controller

To Get the Most out Of Your Glow In The Dark Modded Controller there are several methods to use.  You can use anything from a florescent light, flashlight, desk lamp or our favorite the black light. Any of these methods will help activate the phosphors which create the glowing effect.  The technical term for glowing is “Photo-luminescent” which is the material that illuminates the stored photons. The longer you charge these controllers the longer the effect will last.  We have gotten our controllers to glow up to 4 hours after charging it a near 20 minutes.  You might ask, how does this work?  In simplistic terms, the photons absorb the wavelengths which we charge our modded controllers with.  In the pictures below we show before and after effects of the controllers after being charged.

More Glow-In-the-Dark Colors Coming Soon…

Once we finished our standard White glow in the dark pigment we decided to look for color alternatives that glow in the dark.  We worked hand in hand with our manufacture to create a Blue, Purple, white and Ultra Green glow in the dark base.  These colors are in the final process of being approved by our product tester.  The glow in the dark blue modded controller will feature a similar white base, an have a daytime color of a near clear blue tint.  When this modded controller is fully charged it will produce a bright blue glow.  We are in the process of combining the Savage Blue to the Glow In the Dark lineup.  Our glow in the dark purple controller will feature an ultra rich daytime color of a light purple.  When charged and exposed into the dark will radiate a deep purple blue glow.  Our unique white glow will nearly be stealth during the daylight, an produce a pure white glow.  Our last color will be our ultra green glow.  This color is viewed almost clear with a slight green tint during the daytime.  After being charged and placed in a dark room will give off a aqua blue glow.  These colors are expected to be in stock early April.
